After twelve years at Airfield, Jimi sought a new challenge and established “Hunting Brook Gardens” on the family

estate. His ambition was to grow and expand his plant collection and share his passion and kn

owledge with the public. He envisaged using his garden as a classroom and to showcase a diverse range planting design. Jimi has realised his dream of a dynamic and innovative garden always pushing the boundaries outwards and Hunting Brook is now known as Ireland’s most exciting and fascinating garden.
